Four Seasons Hotel Berlin is due to open in late 2027 in the historic Hotel de Rome building on Bebelplatz. Built in the late 1800s as Dresdner Bank's headquarters and operating as a hotel since 2006, the property will continue as Hotel de Rome through 2026 before its renovation and reopening under Four Seasons. The address sits in Mitte, close to St. Hedwig's Cathedral, the Unter den Linden State Opera, Brandenburg Gate, Gendarmenmarkt and Museum Island.

Humbert & Poyet will lead the renovation of approximately 140 rooms and suites, the shared spaces and the historic facade. Plans include three restaurant and bar concepts, a rooftop terrace, spa and fitness facilities inside the bank's former jewel vault, and more than 1,000 square metres of indoor and outdoor event space.
