Blue Palace, a Rosewood Resort is the planned Rosewood Hotels & Resorts debut in Greece, reimagining the long-running Blue Palace resort in Plaka on the northeast coast of Crete. It sits between the fishing village of Plaka and the port of Elounda, looking across the Gulf of Elounda towards Spinalonga Island. Rosewood says the hotel will reopen in 2027.

The resort is planned with 154 rooms and suites, including 85 with private pools. K-Studio is leading the resort design, while Afroditi Krassa is creating the spaces for six restaurants and bars. Plans also include a beach club, an all-day restaurant supplied by local producers and an on-site organic garden, the Asaya wellness concept, a fitness centre, movement studio, yoga pavilion, hydrotherapy areas and three outdoor pools with sea views.
