Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa is an all-inclusive oceanfront resort inside the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf community, 15 minutes west of Cabo San Lucas. It opens in December 2026 as the first Grand Hyatt all-inclusive resort. The hotel has 301 rooms and suites, including 42 swim-out accommodations, with many rooms offering bathtubs, plunge pools or private pools.

Guests have access to an 18-hole Ernie Els Design golf course, multiple ocean-view pools, adults-only and family areas, a splash park, kids and teen clubs, pickleball and a fitness center. Five à la carte restaurants and five bars cover beachfront dining, rooftop cocktails, poolside drinks, a market café, steakhouse, pan-Asian and Italian menus, plus a speakeasy.

The spa has 12 private treatment cabins, hydrotherapy, steam and sauna facilities, and a traditional temazcal. More than 20,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space is joined by outdoor garden venues for groups and celebrations.
