Rosewood Mexico City is expected to open in 2027 in Polanco, occupying the grand tower in Antara’s new expansion. Avenida Presidente Masaryk, Museo Soumaya and Museo Jumex will be within walking distance. Grupo Sordo Madaleno appointed Rosewood to operate the hotel, with architecture by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos.

Plans include 133 rooms and suites, including 35 suites, four places to eat and drink, and 1,270 square metres of meeting and event space. The Asaya wellness centre will have two swimming pools, a fitness and wellbeing centre, eight treatment rooms, changing rooms and thermal wet areas.
