Rosewood Seoul is due to open in 2027. The hotel will be within The Parkside Seoul, a mixed-use development on the former United Nations Command site beside Yongsan Park, close to Itaewon and the National Museum of Korea. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates is leading the architecture, while Space Copenhagen is designing the interiors.

Plans call for approximately 250 rooms and suites, seven restaurants and bars, and 1,800 square metres of event space. The 4,500-square-metre Asaya wellness centre is planned with treatment rooms, hydrotherapy areas, an indoor pool, saunas, a fitness centre and an indoor golf facility. A Rosewood Explorers kids club is also planned.
