The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel will open in summer 2027 after a full renovation of the historic Park Gstaad building. The hotel opened in 1910 as Gstaad's first five-star hotel and sits a short walk from the Gstaad Promenade. Four Seasons will operate the property, with interiors by French designer Joseph Dirand.

Plans include 75 accommodations, among them 18 suites and six penthouse residences. Most will have furnished balconies overlooking the Alps or Gstaad village. Seven restaurants and lounges are planned, alongside a spa with six treatment suites, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness centre, ski and cycling lounges, and event space for up to 150 guests.
