NoMad Detroit opens in the first half of 2027 inside the restored Michigan Central Station in Corktown. The hotel occupies the top five floors of the 1913 tower, floors 14 to 18, together with spaces on the west side of The Station. Its rooms look across Corktown, Southwest Detroit, downtown Detroit and Canada.

Nearly 180 rooms include 30 suites. The signature restaurant and bar use the station’s historic restaurant and carriage house, and the hotel also includes luxury wellness facilities. Interiors celebrate Detroit artists and makers throughout the property. NoMad Detroit is the brand’s first luxury lifestyle hotel in the United States and Hilton’s first luxury hotel in Michigan.
