- **How does your pricing work?** There's a $30 request fee to get started, which covers our research and recommendation work. If you proceed with a booking, that $30 is credited toward your total. The booking fee is $400 or 10% of the cash value of the flights — whichever is lower. For a $15,000 business class flight, you'd pay $400 total (not $1,500). If we can't find suitable availability, you only pay the $30 request fee.

- **How do I book business class flights with points?** Business class award availability is notoriously hard to find — airlines release limited seats, and the best redemptions often require searching partner programs rather than the airline directly.
