Rosewood Exuma is planned for East Sampson Cay, a 124-acre private island in the Exumas, The Bahamas, with an expected opening in 2028. Rosewood announced the resort with Miami-based developer Yntegra Group. Plans include 33 suites, several on the beachfront, across a private-island setting surrounded by the Exumas' turquoise waters.
The resort is planned with six dining venues, including a beach club grill and produce from an organic garden, plus a 20,000-square-foot Asaya wellness sanctuary with six treatment rooms, hydrotherapy, an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. Two marinas, tennis, padel and pickleball courts, watersports, family and beach club pools, and a Rosewood Explorers children's club are also planned.
