10% of the cash value of the flights you'd otherwise pay. Capped at $400 so you always keep the lion's share of savings. Your $30 request fee is deducted.
Fee is per booking request (can include multiple passengers on same itinerary). If we can't find suitable award availability, you only pay the $30 request fee.
