Conrad Los Cabos

Conrad Los Cabos opens in 2027 within OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf, an 860-acre oceanfront community around 15 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The community runs along roughly one mile of Pacific coastline, with architecture by Legorreta Architects in terracotta and sand tones using local materials. The 175 accommodations include 111 guest rooms, 21 beach-facing suites and 43 two-to-four-bedroom Conrad Residences. Guest rooms have more than 500 square feet of interior space, over 200 square feet of outdoor living and private plunge pools, while the suites add oversized plunge pools and the residences have expansive terraces. Five dining venues cover an all-day restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a pool bar and grill, a beach bar and grill and a lobby bar. The resort also has a 3,000-square-foot spa with 10 treatment rooms, a fitness center, several pools, Teen and Kids Clubs, boutique shops and Ernie Els' first golf course in Mexico within the OLEADA community.
